House update

Since I last blogged lots of exciting things have happened. We sold our house, went on vacation to Destin, and have been looking for a house. We put an offer in on one and thought we had it, but out of the blue came the same offer with a little curve ball. The only problem is, the people who put in the other offer could close in 10 days and we still had a little while from the contract we had signed with the girl buying our house, so we didn't get it. We were so upset. We really LOVED the house. It would have fit us perfectly, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 3 car garage on a 1/2 acre lot! We got a call from our realtor this week and she said that the builder(who is my cousin's brother-in-law and the builder of the house we loved) wanted to build us a house like the one we didn't get. So we meet with them on Sunday to discuss what we want to do and hopefully they will start work on it Monday. I will keep you updated on the house situation! We are very excited!
