Summer Fun with Swim lessons

The last four weeks have gone by SOOO fast. Where is our summer going?? We leave for vacation this weekend and then when we get back I have 3 weeks to work in my classroom before I start back. CRAZY!!!!!!! In that time we have gone to VBS, gone to swim lessons, I went to a math training, had fun with friends, celebrated my 31st birthday and so on. WHEW! I am tired just thinking about it.

The 2nd and 3rd weeks of June P took swim lessons from a lady I teach with. She did a FABULOUS job with him. It is hard to believe that in two short weeks he has gone from swimming with floaties to swimming with OUT floaties AND jumping off the DIVING BOARD. It is also hard to believe that my little boy is growing up so fast. Here are some pictures. Excuse the first one. I had NO IDEA he had shoved a COOKIE in his mouth right as I took this picture. TURKEY!!!! Also there are pictures of he and Ms. Angie and Kirbey teaching him how to swim on his back and float, etc. His best buddy Parker took lessons with him so he of course LOVED that. P has such a great time. We look forward to next years lessons.
