End of the school year

This is going to be Presley's 2nd grade teacher next year, Mrs. Nye!  

We are so excited her got her next year!

He had such a great year with Mrs. White.  We are going to miss her!  At his end of the year awards he got a Writer's Workshop Award, Sight Word Recognition Award, Reading Achievement Award, Math Workshop Award, Word Study Award, and Most Athletic Award from PE.  But the one we are most proud of is the American Citizenship Award.  One boy and one girl were chosen from each classroom and his teacher chose him.  I was so proud of him.  His teacher and I were talking about it later and she said that he was the most deserving of that award b/c he ALWAYS does what he is told and always goes above and beyond.  We are so proud of the young man he is turning out to be!  :)
